Taught through eight comprehensive video lessons delivered over seven weeks. This course is a direct continuation of White Crane Nei Gong and is designed for practitioners who have already established the foundational internal framework taught in the first course.

Where White Crane Nei Gong focuses on standing, awareness, body opening, Jin pathways, and basic power transmission, The San Zhan Method is concerned with integration – bringing these elements together into a unified internal body through a small number of precise, repeatable practices.

The organising principle of this course is San Zhan. A method of internal & martial cultivation that consolidates structure, breath, intent, and power into a single training vehicle.

What this course covers

  • Refinement of core Nei Gong drills
Key exercises from the first course are revisited and taken further, revealing deeper layers of connection, pressure management, and internal continuity that only become accessible once the body has begun to reorganise.
  • White Crane vocalisation and breathing methods
Traditional Crane calls and breathing patterns used to condition the body, regulate internal pressure, and coordinate breath, intent, and structure. These methods are taught pragmatically, with clear physical purpose and no reliance on abstract theory.
  • White Crane San Zhan
You will learn a White Crane San Zhan form that brings together body bows, Dan Tian development, Jin pathways, breath, and intent into a single, coherent method. San Zhan is used here as both a diagnostic tool and a long-term cultivation practice.
  • Building internal continuity
How to maintain an unbroken internal frame through stillness and movement, allowing power to be generated and transmitted without collapse or excess tension.

Long-term development

By the end of this course, you will have the clarity and embodied understanding required to guide your own training for the next several years. Rather than chasing new material, you will know how to work intelligently with a small number of core practices, allowing the White Crane body to mature naturally over time.

This course is intended to give you a method, not just material.

Prerequisite

This course does not stand alone.

It is intended for students who have completed White Crane Nei Gong. Without that foundation, much of the material presented here will remain conceptual rather than embodied.

For those who have not yet completed the first course, a discounted bundle is available, allowing both courses to be studied in the correct order as a coherent training path.
